Saskatoon

A very pretty city built along the South Saskatchewan River- we rode our bikes along the river trail and saw some of the sights.

The Delta Bessborough Hotel - originally a CN hotel 1932- landmark know as The Bess(Bez)

Pelicans seen by the weir - migrate to Saskatoon every summer from California, Florida, Mexico. So strange to see them this far North!

A better photo of the pelicans in Saskatoon-grabbed from Google ๐Ÿ˜‰

 Meeting with the city founders
 Chief Whitecap and John Lake

Sunday morning at the Farmers Market- ironically bought apples from a vendor from Osoyoos BC ๐Ÿ˜Š And local Bison burgers๐Ÿ˜‰
